Le syndicat APP-Sindicato a diffusé vendredi 28 novembre une vidéo montrant   des actes d'endoctrinement   et   d'incitation à la violence   dans une école civique et militaire de Curitiba. Menés par un officier de la police militaire, des adolescents sont contraints de défiler et de scander des slogans promettant d'« entrer dans la favela et de laisser des cadavres sur le sol ». Le nom de l'établissement n'a pas été divulgué. Pour le gouverneur   Ratinho Júnior   (PSD) et   Roni Miranda   (secrétaire à l'Éducation, qui souhaite   que les enseignants travaillent même malades  ), les écoles civico-militaires sont un « modèle ».
