The minister Dias Toffoli took today (17) a seat in the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court (STF) board that will judge the actions of Operation Lava jet. Last week, the ministers of the CER decided to summon a member of the First Panel to fill the vacancy left by Justice Joaquim Barbosa, who retired in July last year.
