  China has rejected the next stage of a World Health Organization (WHO) The WHO wants to audit laboratories in the area where the virus was first identified. But Zeng Yixin, deputy health minister, said this showed "disrespect for common sense and arrogance toward science". WHO experts said it was very unlikely the virus escaped from a Chinese lab, but the theory has endured. Investigators were able to visit Wuhan - the city where the virus was first detected in December 2019 - in January of this year. But earlier this month, WHO head Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus outlined the terms of the inquiry's next phase. This included looking at certain science research institutions. He has now called on China to be more co-operative about the early stages of the outbreak. He urged Beijing to "be transparent, to be open and co-operate"  with investigators and provide raw patient data that had not been shared during the first probe. Bolsonaro vetou PL que obrigava planos a fornecer tratamento oral contra o câncer. “Ele se preocupa mais com os planos de saúde do que com o povo”, diz o deputado José Airton Cirilo (PT-CE) Em 1º de julho, veio da Câmara dos Deputados uma boa notícia a pacientes que precisam se tratar com remédios orais contra o câncer. Naquele dia, foi aprovado o  PL 6.330/2019 , que ampliava o acesso a esses medicamentos para usuários de planos de saúde. Porém, 26 dias depois, o que fez  Jair Bolsonaro ? Vetou integralmentente a proposta. O PL poderia beneficiar 50 mil pacientes, que passariam a ter a chance de tratar tumores em casa, sem necessidade de internação hospitalar. Isso porque o texto obrigava os planos privados de saúde a cobrir despesas com tratamentos antineoplásicos ambulatoriais e domiciliares de uso oral em até 48 horas. Un comité sénatorial enquête sur la réponse globale du gouvernement à la pandémie.  Dans le même temps, la Cour suprême a autorisé une enquête pénale sur le président pour un accord d'achat de vaccins hors de prix en provenance d'Inde.  Bolsonaro le rejette comme un stratagème de l'opposition pour le destituer. housands of people returned to the streets on Saturday to stage a fourth round of protests calling the impeachment of Brazil's far-right President Jair Bolsonaro.  Demands for Bolsonaro's removal were triggered by the government's handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and accusations of corruption in vaccine purchases. A senate committee is investigating the government's overall pandemic response. At the same time, the Supreme Court has authorized a criminal investigation into the president for a deal to buy overpriced vaccines from India. Bolsonaro dismisses it as an opposition ploy to remove him from office.
