July 24, 2010 -- As came to light yesterday in the news, while Sylvester Stallonedecided to use Brazil as a location for his film'Expendables,' he eagerly put down the South American country during a talk in San Diego.
Before heading off to Camp Pendleton on Friday, Sly spoke on a panel at Comic-Com, creating quite the controversy. He talked up his extremely violent flick that has an over-the-hill gang of mercenaries make an attempt to overthrow a Latin American dictator.
Through ScreenCrave, theRocky actor told the eager crowd in Southern California:
'You can shoot people and blow things up and they say, ‘Thank you! Take a monkey home with you!’ We couldn’t have pulled off what we did [somewhere else]. We blew up huge plots of land. It was like, Everybody bring their hot dogs. We’re having a BBQ today. We’re gonna blow up this village.'
Further, Stallone also had negative things to say -- even though he did so in not-so-funny joke form -- about both the Rio police and Brazil security in general. And so, as the actor puts down the country in which he shot 'Expendables' film, no doubt the filmmaker is expendable when it comes to the people of Brazil and practically anyone else who really cares about diplomacy.

COMMENTS

we have 30% people poor, but we are 200 milion people livin on big citys like São Paulo,
Rio, Florianoplis, Porto Alegre, citys with 15 milion people like New York, Los Angeles without
space to monkeys an girls naked. So the Americans must to learn more and more about

jungle in Brazil; Amazonas, Mato Grosso, Acre. We have our poor problems but soon it will over. We don´t make Wars, don´t contaminate the nature like Americans and more and more
